Larry was the first real estate investor to give me an opportunity to design his fix & flips. Since March 2020, during his mentorship with Mike Baird, I was asked by Mike to help Larry finish 800 E and then the rest was history.

800 E was an original 1900’s home that had to be completely gutted; some walls removed to make it livable to today’s lifestyle.  We kept the original charm, tall ceilings and doors, the wood fireplace, making the old new again.  The design style remained what it was back in the early 20th Century but modernized with new amenities throughout.

The highlight of the design was to come up with a way to make the guest bathroom look larger and interesting without having to tile it all over.  I came up with vertical stripes of different colors and thickness and it turned out great!

After 800 E was successfully sold, Larry and I worked together in his other 6 fix & flips throughout Utah County.
