Patrick was introduced to me by Mike Baird.  At the time Patrick was undergoing the Smarter Real Estate Tribe mentorship program where he was learning all about real estate and how to flip homes.

Chapel Street was dilapidated. Patrick contacted me to help him make Chapel Street a home to be desired by a new family.  Patrick was very trusting of my design skills and budget savviness, so he gave me a lot of leeway.  Chapel Street sold the first week it was on the market for above asking price to a wonderful couple.

The most rewarding was to receive a visit from the original family who lived in the home, prior to selling Chapel Street to the person who lived there until he sold it to Patrick. They told us stories of the many generations of their family members who lived in the home, and they loved how we remodeled it.
