Mike Baird introduced me to Patrick while he was participating in the Smarter Real Estate Tribe mentorship program, where he was learning the ins and outs of real estate investing and home flipping.

One of the most rewarding moments of the entire experience came when members of the original family who had lived in the home decades earlier paid us a visit. They shared stories spanning generations and expressed their appreciation for how we honored the home’s history through the remodel.
