I met Trevor Kavanagh through a mutual connection—a dear friend and painter, Caka, who mentioned that Trevor owned a vacation home in Midway, Utah, and was struggling to complete a remodel from out of state. The project had become overwhelming, with money already spent and the home still far from finished.

From the moment I met Trevor, I knew he was a genuinely kind person. I couldn’t let him go through such a stressful process alone, so I stepped in. Midway may have been a logistical challenge for my team, but I knew we could turn things around.

The house was in disarray, full of hidden issues and unfinished work. But I love a good challenge. With trust, teamwork, and vision, we cleaned up the mess, solved the problems, and transformed the home into a peaceful mountain escape.
