In 2021 Matt hired me to remodel his Pheasant Drive flip with a budget in mind.  His budget was tight, so I maximized the floorplan, and invested the dollars where I knew it would matter the most for the new homeowners. Kitchen cabinets and existing vanities were re-finished, countertops changed, doors, trim and baseboards were changed to a newer style Handrails, laminate flooring, and carpet all new. The master bedroom layout was totally modified to make it fully usable. Everything else received new paint and voila – looked wonderful when I finished.

Putting the rehab money where it mattered the most, elevated the home just enough for Matt to get the most out of this investment. Buyers snatched that one up quickly at above $1 million.
