The story
Rather than a cosmetic refresh, this was a full reimagining: walls came down to open the flow of the home, and entirely new rooms were created where none existed before, each one purpose-built for modern life, a main-floor primary suite designed as a private retreat, a second main-floor bedroom with its own full bathroom, and a kitchen anchored by the largest island I have ever designed and built.
This wasn't about adding square footage for its own sake; it was about giving every space a reason to exist and making sure that reason served the people living there.
The experience begins before you even step inside, where a redesigned stone courtyard and expanded side-by-side parking set the tone, and continues inside beneath warm wood ceilings, designer lighting, and custom stonework that frame breathtaking city and mountain views, the architecture never competing with the setting, simply framing it.
The result isn't a remodel in the traditional sense; it's a complete transformation, with every wall, finish, and layout decision made in service of how people truly live today.
Every square foot reflects an unwavering attention to detail and craftsmanship, this isn't a house that was updated, but a home reimagined from the ground up, with intention in every corner.
