Undertaken during the uncertainty of the COVID-19 pandemic, this project became an unexpected gift of time, allowing us to slow down, hone our craft, and pour meticulous care into every detail. The result is a bold, industrial-modern transformation of a 1964 home that respects its bones while giving it an entirely new life, setting the tone for the caliber of work we strive for in every remodel since, a balance of raw industrial character and refined craftsmanship, transforming a dated home into a space with soul, texture, and story.
